Creating a lead-magnet book

The Lead Magnet tool generates a chapter-by-chapter book you can give away on your funnel, then lets you edit it and export a polished PDF to offer on your download page.
This feature is included on selected plans. If you don't see the Lead Magnet tab (or you see an upgrade notice), your current plan doesn't include it — visit Billing to upgrade.
How it works
- Open your project and click the Lead Magnet tab.
- Review the brief. It's prefilled from your funnel (name, type, and description) so the book is on-topic. Edit it to steer the book — this only guides generation; it doesn't change your funnel's settings.
- Click Generate book. This costs credits (the exact amount is shown next to the button) and is charged once per book.
- In a few moments the book is written as a set of chapters. You and your team members are emailed when it's ready.
- Edit chapter by chapter — adjust any chapter's heading and content, then Save chapter. Editing is free and any team member can do it.
- Click Export PDF to render the 6×9 book. It's saved to your workspace's media gallery.
- Copy the Download URL shown on the page and use it on your funnel's download page so leads can grab the book.
Good to know
- Length: books are short by design — up to a maximum word count (2,000 words at most) so they read as a quick, valuable freebie. Your provider may set a lower limit.
- Cost: generating a book spends credits from your account's balance (see How credits work). Editing chapters and exporting the PDF are free — you're only charged when you generate.
- Who gets the file: the exported PDF is stored on the workspace owner's account (the subscription holder). The download URL is visible to everyone on the team, so any member can copy it onto a download page at any time.
- Re-exporting: export again after editing and the PDF is refreshed with your latest changes.
- Notifications: the owner and all team members receive an email each time a book is generated.
Using the book on your funnel
- Export the PDF and copy its download URL from the Lead Magnet page.
- Open your funnel's download page (set under Project → Settings → Page Roles).
- Add a button or link pointing to the copied URL so leads can download the book after opting in.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Lead Magnet tab / I get an "upgrade" notice.
Your plan doesn't include lead-magnet books. Upgrade on the Billing page.

Lead magnets are intentionally concise (capped word count) so they're quick to read and easy to finish — which converts better as a freebie.
