My funnel link shows "not found" / 404.
Make sure the project is Published (Project → Publish) and that an index page is assigned (Settings → Page Roles).
For a custom domain, confirm the domain status is Active.
My changes aren't showing on the live funnel.
Re-check that you saved in the builder and that the funnel is published.
Hard-refresh your browser; CDNs/browsers sometimes cache pages briefly.
Visitors can't submit my form.
If you've hit your monthly lead limit, submissions pause until you upgrade or the month resets.
Otherwise, confirm the form has a valid email field and a success action set.
I ran out of credits mid-campaign.
Buy an add-on credit pack from Billing (credits never expire) or upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly allowance. Track usage anytime on the Credit Usage page.
My custom domain won't verify.
Your DNS records aren't pointing to us yet.
Re-check the root and www records against the exact values in the setup screen, allow time for DNS propagation, then click Verify DNS again.
For root domains, use ALIAS/ANAME/A if CNAME isn't allowed
Do I need a plan if I was invited to a team?
No. Accept the invitation from your email and you'll get access through that team's plan.
Where do I see how many credits/leads/projects I've used?
The Billing page shows plan usage; the Credit Usage page shows detailed AI credit history with timeframe filters.
