How credits work

AI content is powered by credits. Your credit balance has two parts:

• Plan credits — included with your plan and reset at the start of each month. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
• Add-on credits — purchased in packs (see Buying add-on credit packs). These never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.

When you generate content, we spend your plan credits first, then dip into add-on credits. 

Some plans include unlimited credits — in that case there's nothing to track.

Credits belong to the plan owner and are shared across all teams that owner runs, so everyone on the team draws from the same balance.
